      I went to go retrieve my items from this business and noticed several items missing. Including my personal documents with my personal info on them that could be used as fraud.They even took my money and personal items that were in the car and now are saying they cant find them.There are multiple complaints on their ****** website and other websites confirming this business has STOLEN from them. I want my items returned.

      debtor retrieved personal property see list below and debtor never complained that items were missing.  paperwork was in car and debtor received everything that was in car. no wallet or purse was in unit.

      9/13-9/16 Ive been calling this so called business because they towed my car and they have been giving me the run around they held my car for 2 days after I paid for my car and then when I asked for an address the guy on the phone said he can not release the address or my car to me. My person belonging were still in the car and they received an email stating to release the personal belongings he refused to let me get my wallet my cash and other personal belongings then I called my car company to tell them the issue and I still could not get access to my belongings then they wont let me get my own cash out of my wallet thats in the car this is ridiculous

      This place is ridiculous. They Repossessed a vehicle ( which is their job and I understand that ) and they caused hundreds of dollars of damages to my vehicle. Not only did they cause damages they falsified their "vehicle condition report". I replaced tires on my car last week- BRAND NEW TIRES. They had the nerve to say the condition of my tires were POOR. Also they reported my vehicle was scratched and "dinged" all over and it was most certainly not.I was already experiencing financial hardship which is why these inept people came in the first place. Now I have to take additional time off of work and waste additional resources because they completely ripped off my bumper!As someone who has worked in collections this is not the type of recovery our client's who would like to preserve the condition of their property. I would never hire a company as unprofessional and deceitful as this one.
