    I was charged $200.00 on 8/11/2022 and I was supposed to give the remaining $795.00 by 10/30/2022.
    When I had called the day before I was told the total sum of money would end up being $100-$200 total, when I arrived they told me it was $995.00 and immediately pushed me into taking photos. When we finished the photos were not great and I had asked prior to the photo shoot and after to consult a parent about the large sum of money I would have to give. When I had a parent on the phone they immediately wanted to talk to her and took the phone from me to separate us while Jess told his wife to start taking photos of me. While all of this was going on they would lock the front door and then tell me I can't leave until I pay because they had already taken the pictures of me. I felt if I did not sign the paper I would be in trouble but they didn't give me any other option to stop or leave. I had $100 taken out the next day and that next day I turned off my card that was linked to the account they were pulling my money from. After this they tried to contact me by text and email asking why the payment was declined, I had my parent and I write them an email explaining I did not want anything else and to keep the $300 they had already taken from me for their time but I did not want to pay anything else because I had felt taken advantage of. After that I blocked their number and email. I have the contract and and more verbal info if you could reply to me. -*************

    This letter is in response to the complaint from one of our registered talent.
    He states that he felt the information given to him initially in regards to getting started in the industry was not clear. He also stated that he was not comfortable agreeing to pay the total amount for the composite, portfolio package.
    We have sent him all of the 49 modeling photos that were taken outdoors on location as well as the indoor studio images, and he has legal copyrights to all the pictures.
    He is not obligated to pay the balance due, and is released from the legal contract he signed.
