    Contractor was working on a neighboring property.

    Contractor utilized our property for access without consent or permission.

    Contractor damaged our property while using it for access.

    Contractor refused to provided license and insurance details and told us that we should just call LPD if we have their number (police) and he wasn’t going to do anything.

    We want the contractors license and insurance information to file a claim with their carrier and we want it in writing acknowledging the damages and their obligations to pay.

    Contractor is using the words, licensed, insurances but doesn’t hold any. They only hold a tax certificate not a license. Contractor left the scene while LPD was responding and got flagged/ran down by the police shortly after the fled.

    Bad business. Misrepresenting their certifications, licensed and endorsements including BBB accreditation which they do not hold.

    It is true true that we have not updated our website to remove the BBB badge since we've had to make the decision to cut that expense.
