To whom it may concern:
In the spring of 2022 I ordered pills in a package called " GET TRIM LIFE". Unbeknownst to me this order also included a recurring order. I received recurring order 366473 that was placed 4/18/22.
I called customer service and spoke to Julie on 4/25/22 about cancelling this order and any other recurring orders. My *** *********** I sent back the order on 4/26/22 via USPS. Tracking #**** **** **** **** **** **. The address I returned the product to was **** ********** ****** ********* ******** * ******* *****.
While doing my 2022 taxes I noticed I was never refunded the $199.00
I called 4/10/23 and spoke with operator Iris, Ext ***. Ste stated that I would be unable to receive credit on my credit card bill, due to the length of time. I replied that I understood. She stated that I would receive a refund check in 4-6 weeks.
I never received a check. I called on 6/8/23 and spoke with operator Shone ****** He stated that I needed to check my email or spam for my check. I informed him that I had never received the refund. He stated it would be reissued and I would receive a check.
On 6/15/23 I spoke with operator Delison. After spending 20 minutes with Delison he stated he was unable to help me and to call back the next day.
On 6/16/23 I spoke with operator Arci. I gave all the above information as I did with all the other operators. She was unable to assist me. I requested to speak with a supervisor. Despite waiting an additional 30 minutes, no supervisor was available. Arci did inform me several times that she was attempting to locate a supervisor. Arci took down my phone number and stated a supervisor would be calling me. I never received a phone call.
On 6/24/23 I sent an email with all of the above information. I did not receive a response.
I understand that it was foolish to order something over the internet without doing research. Unfortunately, I have now read the reviews and they are horrible.

August 18,2022 received box of items from Get Trim Life I had not ordered.
Called to Cancel my account and get a Refund auth to Return said box on August 29, 2022.
Sent via Priority Mail Tracking ***** **** **** **** **** **.
Got a Confrmation *********** from Iris at Get Trim Life. stating the package had been received.
I spoke to the company reps on 9/30/2022, 10/31/2022, 11/28/2022, 12/12/2022, and 1/25/2023.
Each time I was promised a check would be sent within 30 days.

I ordered this product, received the order, the product did not work. I did not know that I was signed up for a subscription for this product & received a second order and my credit card was charged $199.99. I called the ************ # & spoke with Claire (07/30/22). She cancelled the subscription & gave me a cancellation ID#********** & explained that I would have to return the order & upon receipt, I would receive my refund. She gave me the return address & an RMA auth #************ to write on the pkg with the return address. On 08/06/22- I paid Fed Ex $14.80 to ship it back to them. I called the 800# again on 08/10/22- they confirmed receipt of the product. I called again 08/31/22- spoke with Mia- she told me I would receive my refund to my credit card in 7-10 business days. Called 09/15/22- spoke with Maya- she told me she would call me back after she inquired about my refund. No call back. I called on 09/16/22- Prince told me he would call me back & let me know if they were sending me a physical check or an electronic check. No call back. 09/23/22- spoke with Steven- he told me they were reprocessing the refund- it would be 7-10 business days. Also spoke with Supervisor - Marcus O****- who told me that he would verify everything with the billing dept & for me to call back on 09/24/22. 09/24/22- Cony informed me that an electronic check would be sent to my email. Never received. 10/28/22-called- Taly told me that she would check with the billing dept. & to call back. 11/04/22- called Nabi told me that they mailed a check “high priority”. Never received the check. 03/24/23- spoke with Mariah- she informed me that the billing dept. approved my refund on 09/15/22 & that they were waiting for the Get Trim Life client to let them know the date a check would be mailed to me & they would email me & let me know. I called again sometime in June 2023 & was told again that they would request that Get Trim Life send me my refund. Still nothing.Initial Complaint

I bought the Simply ACV Gummies from Get Trim Life in June of 2022 for $39.99. Then on July 4th, 2023 they sent me 5 more bottles and charged my card $199.99 without my permission. I requested a refund and sent the bottles back unopened. Get Trim Life informed me once the bottles were received I would get my refund within 2-3 weeks. After waiting 3 weeks with no refund, I called the company to get a status update on my refund. They provided me my reference number, confirmed they received the returned items and said to wait 7-10 more business days to receive the refund. Long story short, I've called them several times every month since then to get a status update on my refund. They continue to tell me I'm on the top of their list for people getting issues refunds, however I still have not received my money back. I tried to call them again on 7/25/23, but this time when I call the receiver tells me to enter in my party's extension or to press star to dial by name then the call automatically hangs up. I no longer have a way of contacting the company. I need my money refunded asap!Initial Complaint

I ordered their product on 7/13/22, which I received for $211.99. Exactly a month later I received another order, which I never placed and my card was charged another $211.99. I called to cancel the 2nd order and told them it was a mistake. I sent the product back and they promised to send a refund. I kept calling almost every month and is now 11 months later and they kept giving me the same song and dance…”our billing department is not answering, we have sent an email, you have to wait 3-5 days to get a response, you cannot get a refund on your credit because it’s too late, you’ll receive a check…” this has been going on for almost a year to no avail. They have stolen my $211.99. I called today 7/6/23 and they don’t even have the answering service to help anymore. The answering machine asks for an extension. I was never given one. Please help!!! I ordered 3 bottles for$39.99. They Charged me For Five bottles at two hundred eleven dollars and ninety nine cents. I called them immediately and said that was a bait and Switch. I did not want the product. The customer service rep said I had to accept the order because they already charged my card. I called discover card to start a dispute. I originally placed an order with Get Trim Life on 3-13-22 that had a 90 day guarantee for full refund. They sent a shipment of some other products in April 2022 & automatically billed me for $199 for products I did not order. (SCAN)

No refund to my bank account/CC received. I met with Caitlyn at my bank. She confirmed that there was no attempt from Get Trim Life in July 2022 for a return (SCAN)..She could not do an automatic reversal as I used my debit card (not a bank CC) online. She sent my notes to higher ups for further review. I received a letter back 9-22-22 (SCAN)} that they could not resolve due to timeframe from billing.
Call 10-10-22 Hugo requested a physical check per my request for $199 & I would receive in 7-14 business days & an email update once sent

The nature of the dispute is: Product was returned and a refund of $199.99 has yet to be received. They said they would send a check in 4 to 6 weeks and every time I call (1-800-463-5379) they say the same thing (I have been fighting this for over 10 months.) I've been calling every month since and keep getting the run around. They say they are a South East Asia call center and can't referr to a supervisor. Purchased a diet supplement in July 22 they sent me other supplements in August 22 I called and said did not want they gave me a RMA number I returned and they confirmed they received they have not refunded my monies been calling every month *********** give them my email they say they see that it should be going out the end of month and I still have not received my $213.00 refund now I call the number it tells me they are busy with other clients after the 2nd one it hangs up on me
