    All correspondence are attached below. I've been reaching out to customer service for over 2 months. This was a automatic renewal on their part, I did not request it. I mailed it all back (attached photo) from Fed-X office. I followed up several times.
    1. The check is going in the mail
    2. The refund will go back to you Kinetica card
    3. I will send you an E-Check in 2 days.
    The above were verbal correspondence made by their associates.

    Each time I was promised that the person I was talking to will get it done.

    Never received my money $215.00 in any form or fashion. The last call I made, the girl said she was the person I needed to talk to because she had the authority to get me a refund. I explained all the other promises and emails were not followed through. I told her that if I did not receive my refund in full by October 18, 2022, I would file a complaint with BBB. She said not to worry, it would be in my email within 2 days. It's been 9 or 10 days since that conversation and I still have no refund. Please help me clear this issue. They also emailed me a received confirmation number (TVD-*********. This email said they encountered a problem with my card, which my bank shows they never tried to make a deposit.

    I ordered accidentally+keto gummies with 100 %gurantee. After 20 days of use I called them and shared I am seeing no results and they told me they would refund my 169.00 . They have informed me it has been processed and they have sent email to billing dept. this has been going on for 3 weeks. I have asked to speak to billing and they inform me they can only reach them by email so for 3 weeks they keep telling me they have had no response from billing. Reference number they gave me *********** Customer service number is***********.

    July 8 2022 Simply Health took $199.99 out of my checking account and I called and told them I never ordered this so they gave me a RA # and I returned the Keto snd called for my refund and they said check was in the mail. That was 2 weeks ago. I called them today and they told me they haven't way to process my refund. They keep me on the phone telling me they're getting a supervisor and nobody ever comes and they they get my phone # telling me a supervisor will return my call and I wait and I wait for a call that never comes. I just want my money returned. I've never ever heard of a company like this. I truly believe they're running a scam. Please help me get my money back! Thanks
