    I thought I was purchasing 2 bottles of vitamins for $59.00 in 11/2024. The company charged me $239.99. I contacted the company, returned the vitamins in 12/2024. I was told I would received $179.99 as my refund. They charged a restocking fee. Ok. I have continued to call the company for the refund. The debt card I used was canceled out. Contacted the company again. Stated they tried to refund the $ to the debt card and it didn't accept the refund. I then made a three way conversation with a *** from the company and the *******************. We were told that my checking account was still connected to the debt card. It showed no such transaction had taken place and even though that card was canceled, the transaction would have accepted. As of today April 2, 2025, I still haven't received my refund. I have called constantly and each *** tells me oh "we have escalated the request to the billing office. It will take 48 to 72 hours to be process". I will continue to request my refund. This company is a scam.

    Returned my order early january for a credit back to my **** card. Still no refund . Have made several phone calls and agents say someone will get back with you. They never do. Feb 12 I called again and they said refund was processed to my **** card. It's March *********************************************************************************** with tracking number for my refund they said they gave and they haven't as yet gotten back with me with refund details. I feel I made be scammed out of ****** and ***** refund never received.

    Promised tinnitus relief has not come, and I am now getting shipments that I don't want! This was a SharkTank ploy and promise for seniors who want some relief, and because of the scare tactics of dementia and alzheimers, I fell for it. Have been trying to find a way to contact ZenLeaf but to no avail! Product DOES NOT WORK! Want my money back and shipments stopped!

    I ordered one month supply to try out & never agreed to an 'auto shipment' reorder, yet on March 15th,2025 another shipment arrived, card was charged without authorization..the phone numbers listed on the ************* site aren't in service'..this is a scam ************* sure has several complaints from many dissatisfied customers..DO NOT Fall for their product..it's a waste of ************ & should be banned in the ****** *.******.

    This company is a scam. Do not use. Same as all the others except I cannot get through to them, every # including by bankcard statement # just hangs up automatically. They shipped a 2nd order without my consent. I made sure I checked the box that made sure I would not get recurring orders. Why would I order an 8 month supply only to reorder 30 days later. I will attempt to send back the product but it doesn't look like a single dispute has beeen resolved successfully and I doubt very much I can get through or that I will ever recieve my money. Their scam model is obviously to set up a company that ships product allright, but over bills, dbl orders, then drags out the refund for MONTHS! Some people have no concience.

    You charged me double with the website price was supposed to be you added on items that I did not order and build an additional invoice and Im not even sure what that was for! I contacted your customer service people as soon as their hours allowed less than 48 hours from visiting the website and discovering What you had done and they informed me my product was already shipped which could be verified by email which was never received and could not be returned. I demanded my money be refunded and my card not be charged. They told me theyd cut my bill in half but that there was nothing else they could do! Complete scam Im going to tell everyone that will hear me not to fall for this!
