I ordered from this company from a pop-up add using ********************************* picture and endorsement. Once I placed the order, I realized that it was false advertising and a scam, but could not cancel the order. I received a confirmation email, which I am attaching, that said I had 30 days to return the program and that I would be enrolled in a subscription program that would automatically renew. There was no mention of how much the product would cost or that I had only 14 days to cancel before I would be charged. On March 10 I was charged 119. and change. I immediately cancelled the continuing service (less than 30 days after the product arrived) and filed a disputed payment with my bank. That was the last I heard about it until today when I spoke to someone at a collection agency saying that I was in collection for that debt and they would be sending it to the credit bureau if I did not pay. So I am in collection, even though I was unaware that I owed any money for the past year and a half, as I believed my bank had resolved this. This is also why I did not file this in a more timely manner. I don't believe I should have to pay this, and I do not want this on my record. My credit score reflects that I am not a scammer, like this company is.
