      AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS I've had the misfortune of dealing with the owner of this establishment, and I must warn others about his appalling behavior.After bringing my non-working boat to this shop for diagnosis (one of the few places that services inboard engines), they added unauthorized parts. Despite numerous follow-ups (four times with staff, and now with the owner), I've yet to receive the invoice or a clear estimate for repairs.The owner's response to my polite inquiry? Yelling, cursing, and accusations of lying. He claimed to have sent the invoice three times, yet it's nowhere to be found in my inbox or spam folder.This ordeal has dragged on for OVER 4 MONTHS. My husband initially handled communication but struggled due to the owner's unprofessionalism. I took over, only to face the same treatment.The owner's anger issues and lack of communication skills are staggering. His refusal to provide a detailed, written invoice raises serious concerns.Judging by other reviews, I'm not alone in this ************* the owner: Seek help and consider retiring, as your people skills and business acumen are severely lacking.Take your business (and your sanity) elsewhere.
