    I wouldn’t give 1 star, had someone come out to look at my smoke alarms. The said I have to have a safety inspection. After inspection he said my whole control panel, wires and pipes need replaced and it would be 13,000 and it was a very big fire risk. Me being a woman I was already skeptical. Just paid fee to come out and intended to get other quotes. I have a master electrician in neighborhood who wanted to help me out he took a look and said absolutely nothing needed replaced. I’m beyond livid at the willingness to totally rip off a single woman. Stay away from this company!

    I had my ** unit caused an electric problem and made the fuse go off with a loud popping sound. I called Mr. ******************** to find the problem and fix it. They send their con artist called ****. He told me that the entire panel was totally burnt, all the wires are compromised and needs to be replaced for $15K. I wanted to have a second opinion and an estimate and I called "Tru-Line ********************". Technician **** absolutely found nothing with the panel.He replaced the ** disconnect and the breaker for $850 and that was it!. I'm glad that had a second opinion and another estimate. Stay away from these con artists called "Mr. ********************"!! and their clown ****...

Upon review of your electrical system it was determined that your electrical panel has been compromised with burning and damage to it. Pictures were sent over to you for your review. If you did not receive them please contact our office and we can resend them to you. We pride ourselves on being thorough with our electrical evaluation. Our clients safety is our biggest concern.
