    We owned a property in *****, ******* for which Complete Landscape Solutions provided the mowing for several years. The property was sold. The company was called on 5/6/24 and told that the property was sold and a new owner would take possession 5/17/24 and the final mowing should take place 5/14/24. We we assured that the account was paid up, in full through the selling date and that future mowing services would cease, as well as the auto-billing that goes to our credit card. We continued to receive automated notices weekly that the lawn was going to be mowed. We repeatedly responded to the weekly emails asking them to cease service and made phone calls on 5/20, 5/21, and 5/22 to no response. Our realtor with The ***** Group, also called to ask if they were mowing the new owner's house. Nobody returned our phone calls or emails and we were auto-billed services in ****, for which we had to dispute the charge with our credit card company. I finally received a phone call from someone 6/4, and she assured me that our account was cancelled and she would reverse the $160 in charges for **** that we disputed with our credit card company. **** 10, we received YET ANOTHER an email reminder that the lawn was going to be mowed **** 11. We have also received notification from our credit card company that Complete Landscape Solutions has NOT responded to the credit card dispute.I left another voice message 6/10/24, but upon my last voice mail on May 22 I mentioned this would be reported to the Better Business Bureau if it wasn't properly settled and it very clearly hasn't been settled despite assurances over the telephone that it would be. I have not received a return phone call from my message Monday, **** 10. We are concerned that there will be another auto-charge to our credit card in July. This lawn service must be held to task for appropriate business practices. Should it be requested, I can provide screen shots of outgoing phone records and emails.

    The customer should receive their refund through their credit card dispute. If they do not we advised them to call us once the dispute is closed and we would refund. We have confirmed that the auto-billing is cancelled and the account is closed.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    According to ****, the merchant has not responded to the dispute and it continues to be outstanding. There is no credit of $160 on our credit card account.

    As mentioned in the original complaint, the merchant does NOT answer the telephone (always goes to voice mail) and does not routinely return phone calls. We have left multiple messages in the past.

    This issue is not resolved.

    The dispute with Citi credit card is in the attached document as requested with all information needed contained within. Complete Landscape Solutions stated in their reply to the BBB that they have responded to our credit card company, which is a lie.

    Complete Lanscape Solutions doesnt answer their phone (goes to voice mail) and doesnt return phone calls. As detailed in the original complaint, we tried multiple times to contact via email and telephone.

    This company has been doing my Lawn for the past few months. I can't get in touch with them to set up an account to pay them on my online bank account. Their website phone sends me to leave a message which is full, and I have had the same results for the past month. The leader of the work crew (who is the brother of the owner) said his brother, *******************************, would be sending me this information by email, which I have not received. They wanted me to write them a check for the bill right then. I told them I preferred doing all my banking online with my bank. I want to pay my bill. A check I sent them in **** was torn up by the supposed owner, *************** at the time and was told it was no good be cause it was made out wrong. I was told by *********** that the company was going through some changes, yet was never told who to make out a replacement. He just said "it's only 95$, I'll tear it up. I then said that we needed to talk this over at my residence. He said OK but never showed up. That was two weeks ago. This is frustrating because Their work is good, but they won't give me information about paying them. I'm Retired and on a fixed income, and this is how I need to do my finances. They are not treating their customers right!
