    My hot water had a corroded ball joint that I noted before I tried to drain the hot water heater. The plumber replaced the ball joint, replaced the shark bites with copper tubing and drained my hot water heater while making the repairs. Everything was explained to me and now I have written instructions for next year when I drain my hot water heater. Great job.
