    We completed the construction of a new home in December 2021. Our contractor recommended Swan Sprinkler Systems, Inc. for the irrigation. I met with ************************* and we agreed to the design and specifications contained in the attached Word Document. The system was installed and invoiced on November 29, 2021 (Swan Sprinkler Invoice.jpg). The invoice reads "Installed as proposed" and the amount matches the detailed quotation. The first thing I noticed was the pump was not a 2hp pump as quoted, but a 1hp (Swan Sprinkler Pump.jpg). Additionally, many of the sprinklers spray heads were not working. My contractor reached out to ************************* several times. Initially ****************** indicated he would reach out to me and make it right. This never happened and subsequent attempts to contact were ignored. Additionally, my lawn maintenance contractor told me he knew ****************** and would contact him. This followed the same pattern as before - he said he would contact me but never did. These two different avenues to make contact occurred throughout 2022 & 2023. In April 2024 I decided to reach out one more time to see if we could work this out. As soon as ****************** associated me with the project, he would not answer my calls or return my texts. I know I should have filed this complaint two years ago, but frankly I kept hoping based on ********************** initial promises to contact me and make things right that he would. I finally gave up and called another contractor for a quote to make the system work the way it is supposed to. This quote is attached (Sunrise Irrigation Quote.jpg). In the course of having the quote prepared the Sunrise technician showed me many discrepancies between what ****************** quoted versus what he installed. The following are some of those discrepancies: 9 zones quoted - 5 zones installed, 2" main line quoted - 1" installed, Sta Rite DS3 2HP Pump quoted - Sta Rite DS3 1HP Pump installed, 1 1/2 inch solenoid valves quoted - 1" installed.
