    On Jan 31, 2025 I purchased a Kubota tractor and several attachments from the Florida Coast Equipment in *************. One attachment I purchased, a spreader (for seed and fertilizer) was not available for immediate delivery. The salesman, ***** ***** called me the next week and said he could get me one from another Florida Coast Equipment dealer that was a year old so it would be a little cheaper. I agreed to this option. Two weeks later I called to check with him on the spreader and he said they were working on it, top priority, etc. Called the next week, having trouble getting parts, store manager had to have surgery, etc. Called next week, Mr ***** said he no longer worked at that branch. Subsequently, while waiting for the spreader and continuously being told it was a top priority I went to the store to make a separate purchase of a disc harrow for $3,022.30. At that time I spoke with Mr ** ******** who took over for Mr ******** said that they would be working hard to get the spreader that week. No spreader. I called Mr ******** the next week and he said that they couldn't get the parts to fix the one that had been promised to me and that he was going to the Ocala dealership to see if they had one and that he'd call me with what he found. He did NOT call, they never call. I called four days later and I said he was waiting on a call from the Ocala manager. Finally, on Friday, March 14th I had still not received the spreader OR the disc harrow so I went into the store with my credit card and receipt to ask for a refund on the disc harrow. He said no problem, he had to check with the manager. Fast forward to today, April 2, ****************************************************** the refund for the disc harrow. I called my credit card company to be sure but no refund. Update, I just left a voice message with Mr. ***** ****** the regional manager whom Mr ******** said was suppose to call me, to ask him for help with refund.
