      June 22, 2023 (date of F&H Contractors visit when damage was done to my property.F&H Contractor Claim #***** ******************* July 20, 2023 I have been in steady correspondence with Mr. **** at F&H's claim department requesting that they approve my claim and refund me the amount of the damages they caused at my property. I had a working Air Conditioner when they arrived at my home and a non-functioning Air Conditioner when they left. F&H continues to deny my claim. I am asking for reimbursement for the All ************ amount of $225 and *********************** amount of $361. Please refer to the attachments for signed statements from both companies. I have other evidence but hope what I have sent will suffice to prove my case.F&H Contractor Time Line:6/22/23 F&H contractors, (*** is lead man), fix the line into the house and flip the main house switch to turn electric back on after @ 3 hours of being off. Project involved removing sod and mulch to dig a hole 3x4 and @3feet deep to where they found a junction box(?) where the problem was. 6/23/22 About 12noon I notice the house is warm and main A/C unit is not coming on and even the temperature gauge is not lighting up. Cant get Global A/C here till 6/30/23.6/26/23 FPL *************** comes by and puts a call into F&H to return to my home to evaluate.6/26/23 F&H, ********************* comes by but cant find the issue. They say everything is fine but my A/C is not working. Tells me to call my A/C company. A/C company tells my to call an Electrician because the disconnect box to my main A/C unit is fried. Attached is signed statements from All ************ (Invoice for $225) and *********************** (Invoice for $361) stating that my Air Conditioning issue was due to F&H Contractors.Thank you,*******************

      After finding out about ***************** issue with the disconnect box, we sent crews back out to the residence to check and inspect all of the work that F&H performed. We did not find any issues with our work or anything that would have caused a load imbalance, that would have created a power surge. I explained this to ************* and also sent here a letter of denial for the claim (see attached) ************* had 2 companies come out to make repairs and they stated that we were probably responsible but as I said, we checked and tested all of the work that we performed. It is our stance that the power issue ************* had at the time, that effected the other items inside her home (refrigerator, food, etc.) also effected the disconnect box and was from the ************** issue she had with FP&L. This is the reason we sent there to replace the old cable. My apologies that a more favorable outcome could not be achieved.

      I am rejecting this response because: F&H Contractors are incorrect in denying the claim for all the reasons already stated. They continue to state reasons for denial that are untrue and the refrigerator issue was with FPL Surgeshield which was a prior issue unrelated to the claim with F&H.

      Fand H on 11/29/22 damaged my water line outside ,near the Water Meter while connecting an electric line . I had to call a plumber and was charged 289 .00 dollars .

      Our address is *****************************************************************. Your company trimmed rooms of our tree. This happened before and i know it will make tree fall soon. The tree is positioned so that it will fall on our roof and damage the house. Your company refused to provide certificate of insurance or stop the work when i called. You trespassed and we have you on camera. We will hold you accountable. That tree needs to be removed.

      F&H Contractors is a contractor for ************ We performed work at ****************. in *************. This customer is wanting a tree removed from the property because they think it has been damaged. *************** sent out their Vegetation Team to inspect the tree. They concluded that nothing F&H did will affect the tree and plan to monitor it once a month, for the next couple of months, to ensure that all is well. The Customer claims that we were trespassing on his property, when in fact we were working for ************ that has the right to perform maintenance on their utilities. Generally this is in the "Right of Way" where all utilities are located.

      It is our opinion that the Customer is trying to get the tree removed for free.
