    Hired My Gutter to replace the old gutters on my home after a roof replacement, (not a good choice). After gutters were installed one gutter in the front corner of the porch was leaking at the bottom seam and when I checked other gutters during a rain storm, on one side of the house the water was coming off the roof bypassing the gutter and dropping a stream of water on my air conditioner. It was doing the same thing further down at the lanai. Water streaming over the outer edge of the gutter and dropping down on the ground flooding the area there. I showed the worker videos of all the problems. They put a shield up near the a/c.. He stated he didn't have the materials to put up the shield at the lanai and that he would be back. He said he'd tell his boss...(?) There was also an opening in another down pipe where it joined the top elbow which could cause small animals to enter. That was fixed too. When I called back at first to report these incidents it took almost 2 weeks to get someone back here to fix 2 of the 3 problems. They also discovered that there was standing water in the gutters in front of the house, so the guys that returned had to re pitch these gutters so water could drain out. They had to do the same with the gutter at the side of the garage. This was late June. They haven't returned yet (late July) to put up a shield on the gutter along the length of the lanai. Since then it's rained a few times and flooded there. I'm still waiting after calling them several times to come and fix the last problem. I keep getting excuses which I didn't make when they wanted a check for the job! Meanwhile it has rained a few times and is still flooding the area next to the lanai. Not happy with the job this company did, too many problems. This should have been an easy job for them.
