    Professional and fairly priced for my four-bedroom move. I was first asked to provide them with a list of all the furniture and things I was moving, as well as an estimated number of boxes. After that, I got a moving cost estimate. Although relocating can be quite stressful, Next Stop Relocations made it very easy for my family and myself. Thank you! It was quick, simple, and painless.

    Avoid this company! We were told we were booking with a company, not a broker which was a lie. We filled out our inventory list that went by number of items, not size of items. We had a total of 85 medium boxes listed, ended up with more boxes and totes but not taking big furniture items that were on the estimate. Mover was a day late due to breaking down. He told us that our medium sized boxes were their xl boxes. He then charged us over double the original amount, did not take everything that was on both estimates because it did not fit the square footage we were allowed. No measurements of my items were ever given so we were going to be over from the start! Office refused to return our call for days, driver is now lying about talking to me days later. A complete scam!

    We are sorry to read this, but we believe there might have been a misunderstanding. We made several attempts to reach out to you via phone, on your pick up day and a week after to explain and help you on your pick up situation on time, but unfortunately, we weren't able to connect.

    In our quote we ask about the items in order to calculate the approximate space in cubic feet that you'll reserve in the truck and that the guys are going to load for you. In your estimate based on the information you gave us by phone, that total was 719 cubic feet. At the time they were picked up, the reality was that they occupied ***** cubic feet in the truck, which is why your price needed to be adjusted, and you were informed of this at the time it was happening and a new contract was made with the updated information on cubic feet and price, which you accepted and signed.

    Also we are not brokers, as we explained to you and your husband on the phone, our company is divided into sales, dispatch, delivery and customer service department, for organizational and logistical facilities, that is why your payment or dispatch problems cannot be resolved with the same sales advisor and we call you from the indicated department to help you in the most effective way possible.

    Our goal is always to provide excellent service, and we are really sorry about this.

    Worst ************** ever!Lied from the start, over charged and damaged items.Said they were veteran owned and run, guy shows up with a Penske truck and waits on hired local day help.They pass all your info off to someone else to handle the move.They require payment before unloading to even see if all is there and undamaged -5 stars again the worst company who make *** their own reviews and is not even registered with the BBB

    Next stop was great! **** helped me get a really fair deal. He made my moving process effortless! When the movers got here everything was handled for me as I was told it would. When my delivery time came around the movers staged the home for me. I would use then again in a heart beat! Thank you

    Professional and reasonably price for my move for a 2 bedroom. I was first asked to give them an inventory of my items being moved, furniture and an estimation of boxes.
