    DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY. He has retained a bankruptcy attorney. He is not paying his subcontractors and makes up numerous excuses on why he can't pay them and why he can't finish any of his work even though we gave him a very large sum of money. ie. (he said Trades people are hard to find when actually he is not paying them).We have now had to redo ALL of his shoddy work. The electrical had to be redone as what he did was a fire hazard. The framing for our fireplace had to be redone as he couldn't even get the measurements right. He was two FEET off. He damaged our sub floor and refused to pay to fix it unless we went with him for new flooring. DO NOT TRUST HIM. He is taking all his clients money and and not paying sub contractors. I don't understand how he is not in Jail yet. He is scamming his clients but instead he is getting away with hiring a bankruptcy attorney.

    I would give ZERO starts, but it won't let me. Do not use Cat 5 Construction. Mark Y. did not complete the contract but agreed to refund my hard earned money (over $10,000). He aked to pay in installments, I gave him the benefit of the doubt because he said times were "tough" but in 3 months he's yet to pay me a penny. He talks about integrety and leaving a legacy for his children, but what he is doing is stealing money.
