    I called to get my stream cleaned the representative told me its $79 for spot, odor , steam clean for 1 room so the day of the appointment the guy said he couldnt make it because his was having mechanical problems so I called the company to see whats going on the next day the gentleman showed up late & when he showed up he told me $160 I told him I was told $79 I called to complain to company the representative was very unprofessional & rude I told I want a ************** said its not her problem

    The company URL is greencarpetcleaning.us. Phone number ************ and ************. This company advertised $69 drummer vent cleaning. When they arrived at my mom's house they were not speaking English to her so she couldn't understand. Finally they spoke to her and said she has to pay $399 to get the vent cleaned. She called me and I spoke to the man on the phone. He was yelling at me and finally he let me speak. I told him we were not paying $399 and we only wanted the service for $69. He said he couldn't find the outside vent and was very annoyed. When my mother called me back she said he shook out the vent and then asked to be paid. She gave him $80 cash and he left and didn't leave change or a receipt. I have called the company several times to get a receipt, a refund or speak to the manager who's name is supposedly *****. I have not received a call back. These people are scammers and try and steal from the elderly. Please do not use this company. I would like a refund.
