      Hired this company to rebuild my dock after Hurricane ******, the contract provided shows that the company will Remove Decking to access piling next to lift Resetting Piles / Leveling as needed Install New Framing and Composite Decking Fix any damaged plumbing and electrical Adjust Boat Lift and Piles as Needed We did not have power at that time so I was told that the company will come back when is power restored and will do the electrical repairs and service the lifts. the owner of the company requested to be paid in full so I ******* it has been 6 weeks trying to get the company to come finish their job as promised and fix couple things they did, the owner of the company refused to come back without paying him additional $2,500.I will have to hire another company to finish this job and also fix the mistakes from International Subsea LLC, Now I'm requesting $5,000 credit back to my account or they can come fix their mistakes and finish the job.

      Back in Oct 2024, I hired International Subsea Services right after hurricane ****** to repair the dock as they were recommended by my general contractor. The scoop of work showing in detail in the contract. 7 months later till this day the work is not complete, and I have more damage than before. Later I found out that my GC cut a side deal with this company to trade few services such as electrical work, enough said this electrical job that was supposed to be included in my contract turns to be a disaster and caused more damage to my 2 lifts, between wrong rewiring and inexperience they shorten the lifts control panels and broke the cables causing the lifts to fall in the water, I was asked to buy a new control panel $765 for them and it will fix all the issue, they came out to install the panel and know they are claiming that the lift motors are still need to be replaced. I filled in a complaint with BBB complaint #******** back in March and the company responded that it would fix everything and make it right at no cost to me as shown in the attached messages, but 2 months later the issue is not resolved. I'm demanding a refund of $5,000 to go toward the repairs that I will have to hire another company to fix, or ISS finishing the job before the end of this month.

      I have tried and help this customer out that the ** contract was through Big Dog Tiny homes Y Contract was prepared for and under ***** Gash 

      wr were hired to fix the boat dock that was damaged and schedule a liscensed electrocution to do all electrical work that ***** **** had in staff 

      once electrical was done we agreed to do the maintenance after the storm 

      finding from ** and ************* was to replace panels - customer rejected 

      the shorting out and damage was not caused by *** or was contract to fix a broken lift that fell into the water 

      We agreed to help but of course change order is required 

      ad Far as my contract the owner and his wife ***** **** and my buisness partners all agreed to work completed

      I am rejecting this response because: The company is making false claims and not telling the truth. The company claiming that I rejected replacing the control panel, simply another lie, I have attached the invoice for the new panel tat was ordered back in February and was installed by them. the company claiming that they were hired to do the dock not the electrical, another lie, attached a picture of the scoop of work that includes repairing all damaged wiring. the company claiming that there was change of order and extra work, simply far from the truth, attached a screen shot of the company owner text message stating that repairing the lift and all the damages at no additional cost as promised.

      After submitting a complaint with the BBB, the owner of the company sent me threating messages that he will come to my property and throw the lift in the water, I advised the company that they are not authorized to be on my property without my permission till we solve these issues "attached screen shot of messages", but the owner of the company completely ignored me and showed up the property and throw the lift in the water "attached pictures", Police were called and report was filled.
      Now with all that been said, I'm demanding a full refund for my money as well as pressing charges against this company for trespassing and criminal mischief.

      My contract is with ***** **** owner of big dog tiny homes and we offered a favor but owner is demanding money back after all the work we did 

      i Will not do buisness with this this individual who has commited credit card fraud with current client and fines working with out permits 

      my Contract is clear replace wiring we completed replace water line completed 

      there Is no scope of work or signed contract for replacing damaged lift 

      yes I removed my property and didnt come on property you dont own water **** lol

      I am rejecting this response because: The contract is clear and replacing all damaged wires on the dock is included in the scoop of work, The company falsely  accusing me of committing CC fraud, I paid this company with check as was provided in previous attachments. this company ISS and the ** Tiny homes are the cause of the lift damage due to wrong rewiring.

      These crooks entered my property without my permission and it was too funny to hear them on cameras screaming and shouting hurry the **** up before police arrived. report was filled and videos were provided to the *******************
