    Brought my kid in for camp. I was a concerned parent regarding some of their safety protocols. They leave the entrance to the building open and unlocked with no one ******* reception. Anyone can walk in while there are a bunch of young girls in class. They also dont answer any calls during the time and offer no solution for how a parent can get in touch with the staff for several hours a day, while the kids are there, so parents are unable to reach the people who are caring for their children in addition to leaving the facility wide open.I brought my concerns up several times, was assured the owner would reach out to me. The owner did finally reach out and asked me not to come back and said That they were uncomfortablewith me being there. I just find it a little suspicious that a parent voices valid concerns of safety and are asked to leave.

    Re:  In response to the complaint about our business, LaFleurs Gymnastic Club in ******

    We tried nicely to explain to the complainant about the business practices we have had in place the past 44 years without any prior complaints to the BBB, but she was not appeased.  Therefor, we thought it best for all parties involved that we ask her and her daughter not to return to the gym.    We immediately gave her a full refund for everything she had paid for, even the days her child had already attended.
