    The notes company has installed a paver driveway at my home. They have provided a 1 year warranty. I have been requesting them to repair numerous areas in the driveway based on the warranty. The company is extremely slow to respond to requests, I have had to make numerous phone calls and send numerous emails requesting assistance. Owner was supposed to be at the home on Saturday March 11 to do repairs, did not show up or phone call to inform of delay. Company is not standing behind their work or their stated warranty

    Good morning,

     

    I have reviewed the complaint.

     

    The customer reached out to us the first time at the end of February. We did take care of the issue he was having with the pavers (as it was still under the warranty).

     

    I understand there was a couple miscommunication on our end, but we never ignored the client or the issue, so I am not sure why he is reporting us.

     

    The issue was resolved by the middle of March, which was less than a month from the clients first call.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I am still seeking an additional year warranty, for a total of two years. We are still incurring broken pavers and dips in driveway from improper installation. The installer did not ramp the under payment. It was loose when installation occurred.  

    We are seeking the broken pavers to be replaced, sealed as we paid for, the new indentuons repaired, and an additional years warranty

    Good morning. We recently had you install our new paver driveway.

    We are having a few issues with it
    1. Grooves/depressions in driveway

    2. Broken stones
     Id like this taken care of since we are still in our warranty period. 

     

    This was the first email we received from the client on Feb 27th. (ABOVE)

    Both of this issues were taken cared of.  If there are/were any other issues or more broken pavers, we were not notified, 

    The warranty is good for one year from the date we finished the job, therefore, client is still under the warranty and we will be willing to fix any issues cause to the pavers under the warranty.  We DO NOT extend warranty.

    I would ask that you request the business to contact myself. Their track record of responding to phone calls, left messages, and emails is not consistent. They can contact me to schedule a day and time to come out and I can point out more issues

    Contractor has still not attempted to contact me as asked for in the last communication to address ongoing issues with install. Contractor is not reliable and will not respond to calls or emails. I am asking you to facilitate them reaching out to me to address our concerns.

    Ground not compacted properly causing ruts, broken pavers.

    My boss (the owner) and his crew personally went there and resolved the issue the client complained about, we haven't heard anything from the client since then.

    We are reaching out to him to find out if there are other issues we are not aware of.
