My experience with eagle lawn care has been completely unprofessional. I received my first treatment on 11/30/2023 in which I paid for that day. I asked for an estimate for the year if paid in full. Told the technician I needed to speak to my husband because this is something he likes to manage. Once I received the estimate I spoke to my husband and decided it was not for us. No contract was signed no agreement was made. I received a voicemail on 1/19/2024 while I was at work that a technician arrived at my home and finished servicing my yard. I called that evening and asked why is my yard being serviced without my prior consent. I did not agree to any contract or continuing of any service. their replay we dont do contractsI have called the manager to try to understand how this is a proper way to run a business. Bill someone for a service that they never agreed to in the first place by making up an agreement that has no documentation to prove it even took place? AND expect them to pay it after spending months of being harassed via phone calls and texts by the technician.

When we performed the first treatment it was clearly explained that we perform a program of applications, not a one-time treatment. The customer is not locked into a contract and can elect to stop service at any time. We have thousands of satisfied customers who appreciate this flexibility. It was never communicated to us to stop the service in this situation until after the second treatment was performed.

Proper consent would require authorization from the homeowner prior servicing their property. I have never experienced ANY business that operates in this manner! Just show up with no notice or agreement and send a bill? Not to mention a follow up wasnt even made after the initial service. This company is lacking in many ways and communication is at the lead.

My personal experience with Eagle Lawn Care. I had been using Eagle lawn care for over two years because I believed in them. I have never been more dissatisfied with the lack of professional service, the lack of treatment to my lawn and to my palm trees even though I was paying hundreds of dollars if not a few thousand dollars to treat my lawn and palm trees my palm trees fertilized they were dying to malnutrition since terminating Eagle lawn care, I’ve discovered that in fact, my palm trees are not properly fertilized and I am enclosing with this negative review pictures of my lawn, where they have allowed quite a crop of nutsedge weeds to grow and broadleaf weeds. The reason I’m saying this in the neighborhood is if you’re evaluating lawn care companies, I would look further than Eagle lawn care if you want to get a professional properly treated Lawn my experience after over $25,000 in lawn improvement they failed miserably and the representative or alleged manager is extremely unprofessional to talk to you on the telephone do yourself a favor if you come across eagle lawn care take the time to look for somebody else just my personal experience. As for anyone that has a positive experience with them. Congratulations and good for you, but I certainly wasn’t my experience. I felt that only right to share my personal experience with my neighbors

In April we had St. Augustine sod installed. I selected Eagle Lawn Care and Pest Control in May to care for our lawn. The first treatment was 5/23/22. The grass was beautiful, growing nicely at that time. I was surprised at how fast the treatment was applied. The technician, Sam, was in and out in a matter of minutes. I didn't get a chance to talk to the technician at all. He left written instructions on the bill about watering which I carefully followed as I wanted to protect my investment in this new lawn. I noticed a huge amount of flying bugs that would fly up whenever the grass was disturbed. This was worrisome to me. I made sure I was standing by the lawn when the technician came out 6 weeks later as there were some small brown spots starting to appear. He offered no particular reason for the brown spots, just applied another treatment and same instructions for watering. By July the brown spots were getting bigger and bigger. I called and talked to Justin, the manager. In July got another treatment. By end of July I had about 60% of the lawn covered in brown, dead grass. The very thing I was trying to prevent by paying for professional lawn care was happening, my lawn was dying and quickly too. I cancelled my service on 9/1/22 as their claim "to custom design an enhancement program to meet my needs and expectations" certainly did not happen. Justine started to give me reasons for my lawn dying but it was too late. I had green healthy lawn when they started and huge dead patches when I cancelled and I followed their instructions to the letter and watched my green grass turn brown.
