    I went in for bloodwork. The receptionist was also the person drawing blood. She stuck me a half dozen times and never drew blood. I left there in tears. I have never had problems with anyone drawing blood. My arm is swollen and I have been treating my arm for a possible infection. They should close this place down before someone else suffers from their incompetence.

    We attempted to reach out to you to rebook an appointment with a different phlebotomist but never heard back from you outside the internet complaint. All our phlebotomists are certified in the State of *******, and in our facility, we follow strict procedures for every blood draw. This includes wearing new gloves at every new client interaction along with sanitizing before and after every client. Our facility is small, and our phlebotomist do answer phones and fill paperwork in between draws but their priority is to help the clients that walk thought our doors every day. Our client satisfaction results can be seen in the hundreds of five-star reviews, but we understand how distressing it was for you not to be able to get a draw, and we regret your experience did not meet your expectations. Please give us a call to get more details from your experience so we can ensure to maintain our quality and safety standards.
