    Purchased a **** HG **** Vermeer grinder from ******* Rockwood with Apollo Equipment was advised this grinder was in working condition and that it had new tires on it as well as a new feed chain and discharge belt. That all fluids in the machine had recently been changed and that this machine was serviced weekly and fluids were topped off when needed. That the compressor on the machine had no issues and also was in working condition. We signed an agreement that ******* would order 2 screens and a magnet for this machine through Vermeer in **** and have them shipped directly to us. Still to date we have not received the parts and within checking with Vermeer there has been no order placed. We were assured by ******* he would place the order after he received a wired depoisit of $25,000 which he did receive and was also suppose to be refunded back to us with in 2 weeks .we have not received the refund and or parts and we have no running or usable grinder. In transport we were called and a tire and blown and the truck driver transporting drove on the rim and destroyed the rim as well. We had to pay for a new tire and on arrival looked at all tires and the new tire was installed backwards by Poomps tire in ******* and all the other tires were DOT stamped to ****/2012 and 2013 which should not had been on the road. ******* has been working on the grinder trying to get it up and running and advised that one of the feed roller tanks was empty on gear lube and that there are major issues with this machine and parts are obsolete.We spoke to ******* and he stated the wire of $25.000 was received and he was ordering parts and then told us the wire was taken out of his account we sent proof from ***************** ***** bank that he received and removed the money. Also he received $169.000.00 in full for the machine . We have lost 6 weeks of revenue within are business plus money paid as well as continued repairs and still have no working machine and or parts from ******* or money back.
