    On 1/30/2025, Atlas Mobile Home Services signed a contract with ****** ****** to have vinyl skirting put on and garbage removal for $5,000. They wanted the total amount of $5,000 upfront before the work was to start. Unfortunately, the work was shoddy and subpar. Atlas was called on three separate occasions to fix the work. On the fourth phone call to the company, ****** was told that their work must not meet her standards and refused to fix the work already done. I am writing to either get the job done right or receive a refund to resolve this matter.(This damage was due to Hurricane ******. The mobile home is currently uninhabitable. Currently, my elderly father is living in nursing home until it is considered habitable.)I am writing with ****** ******** permission and on behalf of my father, ****** ********.Attached are current pictures.     Thank you for reaching out and for sharing your concerns on behalf of Ms. ****** ****** and Mr. ****** ********.
    We would like to clarify that Atlas Mobile Home Services does not require payment upfront. In this case, full payment was not requested until after the vinyl skirting had been installed and the trash removal completed, in accordance with our usual policy.
    We also want to assure you that we made every reasonable effort to address the concerns raised after the initial installation. Our team returned to the property on three separate occasions in an attempt to resolve the issues. Despite our best efforts, it appears we were not able to meet Ms. ******* expectations, and for that, we are truly sorry.
    In the interest of resolving this matter fairly and respectfully, we would welcome the opportunity to make one final visit to address any remaining concerns. To help us do so effectively, we kindly request a detailed punch list outlining each specific issue that still needs to be addressed. This will ensure our team knows exactly what needs attention and can work toward a resolution that meets everyones expectations.
    Please feel free to send the list directly to us, and we will coordinate a time for our team to return to the property.

    I am rejecting this response because:  Although we appreciate their willingness to come out one more time, we are waiting for them to comply to the punch list that was sent to ***** at Atlas Mobile Home Services.  This punch list was sent on Monday, May 12th.  ***** set up a time and day for May 19th at 8:45 to 9:45.  I called ***** on Friday, May 16th to confirm this time and day for ****** ******/****** ********.  He told me it would be the next day, on Tuesday, May 20th because they are behind on another job and they need to get paid/or work on a "paying job."  Something to that effect.  We are just concerned that we might get the run-around at this time.  Once the punch list is completed and the work is satisfactory, we will be happy to close this complaint.

    Atlas Mobile Home failed to deliver on work as outlined in proposal, failed to provide supporting documents to prove work and payment and failed to deliver refund as requested. See attached document with more details.
