  On July 21 I had an estimate from this company to re-level my manufactured home. I decided to go ahead and schedule the work. I needed a Monday because it’s my day off so it was scheduled for the following Monday, July 24. 30 minutes later, I received a phone call From the company telling me that they would not be able to come on the 24th that they would be here on the 28th which is today. I took the day off from work without pay to be here for the job. They were supposed to call me yesterday with a time window of their arrival. They never called. I called the company this morning and was told yes, they would be here early afternoon around 12 noon. Then they still hadn’t shown up 45 minutes later I sent a text message to Dan S. My sales person. Dan told me they would be here at 1 o’clock. After that several times, I called wondering where the crew was. My phone calls went straight to voicemail, and Dan has stopped answering my text. It is currently 4:51 PM, no one has returned my calls, Dan will not return my calls or texts. I left a voice message with the company telling them I wish to cancel this order because of their failure to show up when scheduled and even more so, their failure to communicate with me. I do not recommend this company. And I will never do business with this company again. I really wish I had read some of these reviews before giving them any money.

  The estimate was to do my bedroom, restroom, and hallway that covered a 5x5 area of the floor. The man who wrote up the estimate only put restroom and what I got was a 3x3 area of floor replaced in that area. When it was brought to the ********* attention he said he was only going to do what was on the work order and did not want to do that area. Even went as far to call me a cursing name in Spanish because I told them it was written wrong and it needed to be done. He made no effort to find out if that was the case or do the work. Also, the crawl spaces had been accessed and none of my bricks were put back in place. It was a 20 foot area. Also, when the workers removed my toilet, they broke it causing me an additional expense of $170 that I had to pay on the spot if I wanted the job to be done right and timely. I purchased and delivered the toilet on my own time and in my own vehicle. When I brought up these issues with ****, the ** of the company, he stated that "I should just be happy because they under estimated the job that they would do nothing about it." "The person that did the estimate is no longer with the company." Even went as far as to belittle my home in his defense. Well there was a reason I called out them to fix the floors in the first place, I mean that is what they do for a living. **** offered no apologies for the use of vulger and insulting language towards me. Even solidified his stance by using the under estimated reasoning to justify it being ok to talk to the customer in that way in their own home. If anything the conversation with **** was more insulting. Upon conversation with **** he states that I planned to not pay him. This was pre arranged by a third party, member of the ******************. So he basically called me out as going to stiff him which is not the case at all. In order to make the payment a bill needed to be submitted to the 3rd party and the payment would be issued at that time.

  We signed a contract to have our wet insulation removed and 7 pillars rebuilt under our home after Ian destroyed the underneath of our home. After they got started we saw what a terrible job they were doing and asked them to leave our property! They said they rebuilt 5 pillars. They were crooked and one wasn’t even touching the I-beam.! Our neighbor used them too and they cut several electrical wires under his house and he told them to leave! It took an electrician 5 evenings of work to fix the mess they made! Then even another neighbor threw them out because they messed up some new duct work he’d just had replaced! Good salesman but lied about using experienced workers. We think a couple of them had never been under a house before! This company is doing inferior work in our 55 and up neighborhood and taking advantage over our desperation to fix our homes. No talking to the owner who doesn’t care, he has cashed our check!
