I had an eye appointment on 8/9/22. That month I received a bill for $37.00 and I paid that bill on 8/31/22. I have received the same bill every month since. When you call you get a message telling you to leave a voice mail but the mailbox is full. The one time I actually spoke to someone they told me they showed no record of my payment and asked that I mail a copy from my bank. I did that - twice. I continue to get a bil every month including one received today.

I received a call from this business 2 years after my encounter asking if I intended to pay for services they billed me for 2 years ago. I haven't received a bill form them in over a year and they are calling me now asking if I intend to pay. I disputed the bill multiple times. This business and the department that handles disputes never responded with an explanation other than they coded it correctly. That's the crux of the issue doesn't matter how they coded it given the service wasn't performed. I don't care if they billed me a ***** I wouldn't pay it out of principal. I'm not going to pay for a service I didn't receive. I've incurred well over 50k in billing for medical services over the past 9 years. I've paid ever cent except the bill from this service provider. There next step is to turn it over to a collection agency I presume. This business should admit they fell short in this instance. Apologize and write whatever they think they are owed off because they won't see a cent from me and neither will any collection agency. Do they think word of mouth, recommendations, and complaints have no impact on their business?
