      I hired abc pest control to treat my mobile home for termites because I was going to sell it. The service manager came to my house and said it will be $700.00 ,I said i was going to pay cash he said I would get a discount and it be $500.00 .and if I wanted the warranty it would be $199.00 a month ,I said no I do not want a warranty I am selling my house ,he said no problem .The man came and treated my house for termites .Then I started receiving a bill for $199.00 ,when I called the office the woman said there service was $700.00 and I only paid $500.00 ,I told her he gave me a discount for paying cash ,she said she did not know that. But I kept receiving a bill for $199.00. When I called the office again she said it was for the warranty ,the service manager told me the warranty was optional .She told me it was to late they sent it off to collections .abc pest control has a little scam going on charging people for services they do not want.

      The ****** signed an agreement to control Subterranean termites for 739.89 for the first year on January 31, 2023.  The customer then changed their minds in May 2023 once the property sold and wanted their money back after the service was provided and their home was protected. 

      As an alternative we are always willing to provide a transfer of warranty new homeowners and also provide customers an opportunity to purchase One-Time Subterranean termites coverage with no warranty at a greater price.
