      The techs here are awesome, however, there is one particular person who works in the office and is extremely rude to customers. Her name is ******, and she is disgusting in the way she speaks to customers. I posted a ****** review, but it was taken down right away which I found to be concerning. 99% of the people who work here are absolutely great! However, in the customer service department they are rude, and rush you into getting off the phone, they talk to you like you are stupid, and they don't allow you to ask questions. I had an awful experience.

      My $208 yearly bill is about to be over $700. They are forcing a new system that if you don't want it, your warranty is void.

      ANTI-PESTO BUG KILLERS - BUYER BEWARE! Bait stations were installed (11/21) but never monitored. The Anti-Pesto contract states they will inspect these stations "as deemed necessary." Well, how are they gonna know it's necessary unless they inspect the stations? Nothing was updated on my online account since I had a manager (Dan) out to our house (2/22) to tell me why the stations are not being monitored. What a rouse. Took our $699 install fee and $28 monthly fee for a year with no inspections done. STAY AWAY!

      I am not quite sure why you decided to post this negative review. I am guessing there might have been some confusion.



      Anyway, let’s review and clarify a few things. First off the product/system you chose to protect your home from subterranean termites is the Sentricon Termite Bait System which utilizes Recruit HD Termite Bait with Always Active Bait Technology.



      According to the products label,



      “Sentricon stations containing Recruit HD are inspected and serviced on at least an annual basis”

      So as I reviewed your account I noted the Sentricon system was installed on 11/19/2021.

      I realize we are close to the one year requirement, but since today is 11/3/2022, we are still within the directions for use on the product label.

      Our service setup indicates you are actually scheduled for annual service on 11/8/2022.



      I do hope this helps clear up any confusion and you will choose to remain a customer of Anti-Pesto. I would also appreciate it if you amended this review since it’s unwarranted as Anti-Pesto is following the directions for use on product’s label and fulfilling the terms of our service agreement as well.
