    We had our pool acid washed by this company for $950. All was good so we hired them to do our weekly pool maintenance. For the first couple weeks it was beautiful. One week they put our pool into spa mode and it quit filtering the pool correctly. They tried to blame ** for switching the mode. So when they turned it back to regular mode our filter got filthy. Ever since then theyve been dumping chemicals in and its not getting clean. We reached out to them a week ago and finally got a call back today after their tech was out. Their tech ****** told us he keeps trying to talk to the manager but the manager doesnt care. At this point Im very upset and got heated on the phone I accidentally let one cuss word slip and he told me were done and he wont be doing business with ** anymore as they left our pool trashed. All we want is our pool cleaned.

    Belleair Pools using Hydrazzo product (CL *********** for pool resurface. Detailed account of all communications attached. Date summary of "events" only - the date gaps are due to months at a time of me trying to get responses from Belleair Pools not responding: March 2021 - ******-surface June 2021 - surface had visible horrible irregularities - discolored swirls & blotches Oct 2021 - pool redrained, acid wash & polished, re-filled Nov 2021 - Belleair ********************* Rep confirmed their solution did not work - visible swirls & blotches April 2022 - 2nd re-surface May 2022 - the same visible horrible irregularities appeared - discolored swirls & blotches with now visible cracks in the surface June 2022 - CL ********** Rep confirmed and offered the same solution as before The only acceptable solutions is a full refund - including for the salt chlorinator that has never worked properly. All of the above is supported by *************************** (attached) - I have many videos I will gladly share if it would be helpful.
