  Well I received the ad via email. I went to the site to enter without a purchase as the Official Rules allows entries without purchase but there is no tab or link for that to happen. It just goes back to the win this prize and choose the number of tickets or donations. Iam going to report this as a scam because the only way to enter seems to be with a purchase or donations. They are violating their own rules which tells me that they are scammers unless they can prove that No Purchase or Donations Necessary actually applies and where that link would be because it's definitely not in their Official Rules.
  Also BBB does not recognize my Valid Email Address: ***************@gmail.com. It is a valid address and I send and receive emails all the time. In fact I received the DreamGiveaway.com as via this email.

  Hello and thank you for your message. The official rules of any of the giveaways are in Section 4 of those rules and they tell you all the ways you can enter. One way to enter is the Free Method of Entry. Here is the way it is written in the rules per Alternate Form of Entry.
  
  Free Entry Method. To receive an entry code without donating, mail one self-addressed postage paid envelope to NBCH P.O. Box 1388 Cedar Rapids, IA 52406-1388, (except Vermont residents are not required to affix return postage). Limit one entry code request per outer envelope. One entry code will be returned in the envelope provided to each mail-in request that complies with these requirements. Upon receipt of the entry code, entry code can be registered either by going to the specified website or calling customer service directly at ************. All requests for an entry code must be sent in at least 4 weeks prior to the indicated ending date of the giveaway. All entry codes must be entered by 11:59pm CST on the ending date. Please note, customer service is only available during normal business hours, which is 9:00am - 5:00pm EST, Monday through Friday. Outside of these hours, no one will be able to enter your codes for you. Please plan ahead to do them prior to the end date during normal business hours or to enter them directly in the website yourself. Customer service will be limited to entering 50 entry codes per day, per person. No service charge or fee will apply to this method of entry. Mail for Free Entry Method to any other address will be disqualified and destroyed.
