    At the end of September I paid ******* **** of M.S.N a $10,938 deposit for a project that involved drainage, grading work, rock installation, paver edging installation, and creation of a curb to divert water from the driveway at my personal residence. The total project cost was $17,820. Here is M.S.N's business information:#L19000079585 #***** M.S.N Services LLC ******************************* ******* and his team graded the driveway and installed the drain. We asked him to stop installing the pavers when he was half way through because they were being installed incorrectly both structurally (no footer) and were not aesthetically pleasing (very few cuts and large amounts of cement between them). I paid M.S.N a $10,938 deposit in September.After **** removed the pavers that were installed he agreed to come back and install the rock, finish the curb, etc. Since November 20th he has not returned voicemails or text messages. I sent him an email on December 5th requesting he refund me $5000 of the deposit based on his breakdown of the project and what portions he completed. He has not responded.

    This response was taken verbally by BBB:

    The customer broke the contract. There is no money owed back to the customer. The monies received were not enough to cover the labor and materials of what was provided prior to the customer breaking the contract. At this time, we have agreed to just part ways and not pursue any balance owed.
