    Company very unprofessional theyll damage property and claim that it wasnt them while trying to speak with someone they very rude And hang up on you Im taking this matter to court with video evidence to show before and after I wouldnt recommend this company as they are people with no honesty

    In Response to Complaint #********.

    On behalf of Howes Recovery:

    It was brought to our attention that ****************************;has filed a formal complaint expressing his dissatisfaction with our service while recovering his vehicle on behalf of our business partner. During the recovery process of **************** vehicle, our agent found that the vehicle was missing a tire from the back driver side of the vehicle. We also have video footage that shows the vehicle was missing the tire prior to securing the vehicle. Mr. ***********;recovered his vehicle from our lot on 9-21-2022. Prior to arriving to our lot to recover his vehicle, Mr. ***********;hadn't seen his vehicle. Mr. ***********;arrived to our lot with a tire to put on his vehicle because he foreknew that his car was missing a tire. ************** spoke with the owner of Howes Recovery and admitted that the tire was already off when our agents arrived to secure the vehicle because the tire flew while Mr. ***********;was driving the vehicle home days prior to the vehicle being recovered from his home. We are attaching a photo of the vehicle next to the home of Mr. ***********;the night of the recovery. The owner of Howes Recovery helped ************** put his replacement tire on while at our lot. We also have those pictures as well; we can provide should we need to. It is very unfortunate that ************** has filed a fradulent complaint. In regards to our office staff being unprofessional while speaking to Mr. ******, I will extend an apology on behalf of our staff without having supporting evidence to support his claims. We would like to resolve this matter a quickly as possible and find a positive solution. We are willing to work closely with you to do so.
