  DO NOT HIRE THIS ROOFER!! Let me explain. I hired them to replace my two large roofs in Sept 2021 and we both agreed on starting right after Thanksgiving 2021 and be done in 3 weeks. They did not show up for work as promised and I reached out and found out that they decided to go in vacation. They started 4 weeks late and the project went on to mid- January 2022 which I needed to avoid. The stick and peel roof that they replaced was so poorly executed that the new roofer that I hired this month had to hot tar the connection joints and the end of the roof plus cut the bubbles and hot tar them. The roof that they coated with the roof silicone has bubbled and peeled off already with-in weeks of finishing as you can see in the pictures. The manufacture of the silicone coating has a warranty however they did not honor the warranty as they deemed the workmanship to be shabby. Yes the manufacture of the silicone sent a rep and they deemed the work that Randall's crew to be not consistent with the way the instructions deemed it to be applied. They did not let the roof to dry to apply the coating. They applied the silicone while the roof was still wet from rain. I did not consider myself an expert in roofing in 2021 however I know a lot more now. Now I have hired a new roofer with more than 3 reviews and Randall at Randall S Martin Roofing, INC is not a company I would ever hire. They may be the most reasonable at the time but I would avoid them. I also considered suing them but my attorney mentioned that the juice was not worth the squeeze. So I swallowed the $55,900 I paid them and I am paying a new roofer to fix the mess that they have made.

  Upon completion of your project which passed all inspections conducted by the City of Treasure Island, you contacted me with some minor areas of peeled silicone coating. I immediately sent my crew to address your concerns which was completed to your satisfaction. Since then, you have not contacted me with any concerns on the roof. I have several ways to be contacted including my cell phone (call or text) which is located on my business card, my e-mail and office number which is located on the contract that you signed. I was unaware of your concerns due to your failure to contact me. I always provide excellent customer service to all my customers since I have been involved in the roofing industry and continuously have repeat customers. I find it completely unfair that you would write this negative review on me and my company due to your lack of communication.
