    I rented a storage unit from this business from June/2023 through February/2024. I gave them a 30 day notice in January/2024 that I would be vacating the unit. I was on automatic payments through December/2024, a which time I terminated my automatic payment agreement, and made one-time payments for January/2024 and February/2024. I made 9 total payments of the agreed rent ($267.49 including tax), removed all my belongings on 2/25/24 and took off my personal lock. On 3/13/24 they texted me a notice that my move out date was 3/13/24 and they automatically debited $100 from my bank account without permission. I was given no opportunity to review or dispute the $100 charge, and when I called and spoke to Lucas (the same person that i gave the 30 notice to) He said it was a fee for not sending pictures of the cleaned out unit. I advised him that one, nothing was ever said to me about sending pictures of the unit. And two, he no longer had permission to automatically debit my bank account. He had no response but "Do what you have to do." I want a refund of the $100 since he took it without permission.
