      I contacted BetterView over a month ago. The receptionist, ****, claimed mot to understand my problem. A total of 15 calls were made over 6 weeks time. The *** in my sliding glass door track buckled and needs to be replaced. The door was installed in 2021 and is under warranty. **** no longer answers my calls.. Air whistles through during any wind event.

      I personally spoke to ******************* Thursday 05/04/2023 and requested *** to send ** the part that was damaged while she was operating the her sliding glass doors. 
      Please see attached the *** confirmation and ETA for the delivery. Service will be completed the week between 05/22 to 05/26 at no cost for the costumer.

      The time given is not enough to have problem resolved. I appreciate the good intentions but until the work is scheduled and completed this complaint must remain open.

      The company has still not honored the warranty and repaired the sliding glass door.

      Her service was completed on May 31st. We replaced the broken part and we did it free of charge. Please check the information with her and remove the complaint. Thank you ! *****************************;
