    As per the instructions on **** I paid a $500 immediate deposit on this vehicle, The next day I spoke to the dealer and they explained that the mileage wasn't correct and that on the title it said that the true mileage was unknown. I I explain to him that I thought it had 222Kmi and he said no I just threw any number in the mileage section but you'll be happy to know the odometer only says 136K and if you search on Vin wiki it only says 99K so you're buying a car with low mileage... .... I immediately thought this is not good because I assume the mileage was 222K when I bought it and whether it's higher or lower is not what was represented and that's why I'm asking for my $500 deposit back which he refuses to give... He also guarantees that it'll pass any inspection in ********** but of course I would have to pay him and pay for the car to be delivered to find out that it won't be because I actually spoke to a person in person about it and they said that no car can be guaranteed approval.... He has been very rude from the first phone call he spoke to my husband and said so many horrible things I just want my deposit back of $500... I'm contacting the Florida State attorney for car dealerships as well as the ************************* and his local government because this is 100% not the way business is done when purchase of a vehicle is involved....

    Here's the entire story, not bits and pieces..

    **** is setup so I don't waste my time dealing with drunk people, window shopping at midnite on a holiday, if you click buy it now it forces you to make a non-refundable deposit with the idea you've done any and all research and you're positive you want this vehicle.   My phone number was even in the ad, at any point in time, someone could have called and asked more questions before committing to buying the car by clicking buy it now.   Who commits to buying a car without asking any questions?  I would assume someone with the knowledge and confidence they know what they are buying?

    Due to the amount of attachments I'm allowed, I'm going to include the link to the **** ad so you can see what is posted in the ad.

    ******************************************;

    In the state of *******, any vehicle over 10 years old  (like the 86 Camaro I was selling)  will more then likely have EXEMPT in the mileage / odometer spot of the paper title, so zero ability to tell accurate mileage ( AI exempt attachment & Mileage ex )

    I NEVER told you the car had 138K miles on it.    I told you the odometer on the dash showed   02128.6  which i assume to be ******** but refused to confirm that as the title shows exempt.  pic attached  (Odometer 86 Camaro )

    **** also offers a vin report on the car for free in the ad/auction, same as like a Carfax, but it is called AutoCheck, I've included an attachment ( **** autocheck ****** ) that showed the last reported mileage of the vehicle in 2015 having ******, but I couldn't accurately state mileage on the vehicle because ten years had passed since then, PLUS the fact every square inch of this vehicles drivetrain had been replaced recently, I assumed posting in the description that the vehicle has ****** miles on the vehicle would be safe as not to describe it incorrectly, as there is ZERO way to be sure how many miles are on the car due to the age of the vehicle and the way Florida reports / records the mileage on a vehicle that is over ten years old (i did include a picture of the title showing EXEMPT in the mileage spot)

    Whether the vehicle passes inspection in your state, it is YOUR job to figure that out before committing to purchasing the vehicle, that is also why there is a non-refundable deposit...  I refuse to waste my time doing research for you or defending myself when I did nothing wrong.  You did ZERO research and have ZERO knowledge about these cars and shouldn't have commited to buying the car without doing research or asking questions prior, which you had every ability to do so.   Yet after being called a liar and a fraud I still offered to help you and I did the research for you and proved that anything built prior to *********************************************************************** your state with zero issues.  (DMV emissions)

    I even gave you and your ex-husband the information to a local business that offered to help in anyway, as they are an independent inspection facility and deal with vehicles all the time built prior to 1995

    Manasquan Auto Diagnostics
    ***** **************
    *************************************************************************;

    But that also wasn't enough, nothing was enough...

    The **** ad states the vehicle must be paid for in full within 3 days of the listing ending / the buyer clicking on Buy It Now. Three days was up on Wednesday the 12th at 7:46pm est, I told your ex-husband and you that you had till Friday the 14th to get us the remaining funds, you haven't and have done zero but waste my time defending myself, your deposit is gone.
