      I was charged ****** for an order with what is being presented on the internet as Optiblend Keto ACV gummies. I only order the special for 3 bottles for *****, but one get 2 free. This charge caused my bank account to be overdrawn. This company immediately placed a transaction as soon as I hit order. Therefore, I immediately called to cancel order and demand a refund. They argued with me and finally did send an email stating order was cancelled and would receive a refund within ***** hrs. That didnt happen. I called customer service again as well as my bank for a *****************, Optiblend, Bio Science stated I will be refunded in 3-5 business days and receive a confirmation email immediately after phone call. I never received an email and still have not received my refund!!

      Product advertised does not work, Order was filled without being advised of the price. was suppose to be trial sample before any order placed. recieved 5 bottles, charged $****** plus $ 60 for detox. within 2 weeks recieved another shipment of 5 bottles charged $ ****** and within 2 weeks recieved another 5 bottles. this took place from May and June 2024.This was advertised on *********I got no invoice or paperwork with orders and the Bank had to give me a contact #.

      To make a long story short. Bioscience refuses to refund my money or send me the product that I purchased. Its that simple. I have talked to them a thousand times, and they keep promising me that the product is on backorder, but I get nothing. One or two representatives will say if you don't see the product in a couple of weeks, we will refund your money. But I get nothing, which has been happening for almost a year. When I received the product and tried it, it was not bad. Either send me the product or refund my money. That's all I asked. If you can do something, I would appreciate it. Thx.

      I saw advertisement on ********* it appeared to be a good Keto product, which was highly recommended by a western singer, country cook that I follow. I ordered a onetime purchase of keto-gummies which when I received them were NOT the same ingredients as advertised. And since then, I have received a total of 8 orders. I have tried multiple times to stop the orders. The dates and charges are as follows: March 2023 - ******, April - ******, June - ******, August - ******, September - ******, (cancellation email with requested information sent to company, no response,) December - ******, YEAR 2024, February - ******, April - ******. I have found that the company changes their name...KETO GT, BioScience, BioLyfe, ShipMetics. Zero contact info or invoice in packaging, The phone number on package label is the distribution center and they are clueless on what to do. No website, no email, no phone number., no invoice/receipt

      Feb 05, 2024 I Purchased a mole remover product: The purchase was $39.99. I received the product but was charged $39.99 and on Feb 7I was charged ****** and $60.00. They did not say it was recurring charge monthly. I received more product and was charged ****** on March 10. I called the company and told them I did not want the product. I sent back the product via US mail. Cancelled all future products on March 25, 2024. The company has not refunded the monies to my account and refused to give back all monies for the product they sent out the second time.

      This company continues to charge my credit card to which I have contacted them several times and they say I have an account with them which I do not.. I contacted them on February 7th and asked to get this corrected.. They refuse to respond and keep billing me and again this morning March 11th they charged me another 199.

      I ordered one shipment of BioScience Male enhancement Gummy for $60.00. The product did not work and I did not make an additional order. However, I have been charged ****** additional 8 more times. I now have received an additional 4 bottles that I did not order and do not want. I tried to contact the BioScience company but I can not find info on this product. I tried to contact the shipping company to no avail as well. I only made one purchase - I did not make additional purchase - I do not want the additional bottles they sent me - I can not find information to contact BioScience or Ship Metrics(shipping company). I have contacted credit card company to dispute. I want a total refund and guarantee that there will be no additional charges to my account. Thank you for your help.

      See uploaded documents. ordered in July 2023 received contacted company for return instructions and to cancel future deliveries product was returned and refund never received. contacted again after being charged and no product delivered .

      I ordered one bottle of bio science product and was sent 5 plus a bottle of detox never ordered in may and June and July I received two more shipments never ordered so refused. Only needed one bottle to try but taste so bad couldnt use .

      There were seven transactions charged to her card - July 9, 2023 - $60, July 9 2023 $199.99. Aug 10, 2023, Oct 16, 2023, Nov 24, 2023, Jan 8, **** - all $199.99. Total ******** I never received any products I was charged for.I was unable to contact the company after multiple attempts.
