I had all of my windows, sliders and front door replaced by Clear Choice and we could not be happier! The team showed up when they said they would, were extremely professional and kind. Biggest thing I noticed that every day when they left, you'd never know they were there - so clean and tidy. I left almost daily to run errands and do work things and I never once felt uncomfortable. They even put up with my dog ****** who oversaw the whole thing - she even loved them and that is saying a lot! **** was my salesperson and from the moment she came to measure and give me estimates it was a very positive experience. I highly recommend Clear Choice and will definitely use them in the future and tell my friends. THANK YOU!!!!!!!

We had windows installed a few years ago, not sure of the year. Have had continual problems when it rains with a back porch window and have had service done to the window in the past. On December 4, 2023 it rained again and the window leaked which runs down the floor. We are unable to get a resolution to this problem. When you spend over 20 thousand dollars to install windows throughout your home you dont expect this type of service.Clear Choice Windows and More, Inc.

I have always used Clear Choice Windows and it was always a positive experience. However, I have now decided to never use them again because of the incredible delay in getting the product. On 2/16/22 I ordered 2 new windows. I was told that there could be a delay of 4 to 6 months in getting them. Today when I called because it is now 8 months, i was told that they might be in on or about 11/15, which will bring my total wait to 9 months (assuming that date is even real). I could have had a baby in the time it has taken to get two windows. I know that they are going to respond to this with the explanation that it is the manufacturer causing the problem, but my response to that is find another manufacturer. They have had my deposit of $1600+ thus costing me lost interest!Clear Choice Windows and More, Inc.

We are sad to see this review as our company has now sold and installed four previous projects for you, with this being the fifth. Clear Choice Windows and More has worked with the homeowner since 11/2018. We have worked together on the previous projects with, no issues or problems, during the process of order and install. All jobs inspected and certified by municipality inspectors. All four jobs with no reported service issues. For five years we have had an excellent relationship.
When the contract was signed on 2/16/22 it was clearly stated that the ESTIMATED time frame was 24 to 38 weeks which puts us at 11/09/2022. 11/15/2022 being 4 days beyond the ESTIMATED timeframe. As the contract stated that timeframe can be altered due to manufacturing demand and weather. Both have become factors, as the industry continues to feel the effects of Covid, in addition to Hurricane *******
We cannot legally switch manufactures due to contractual obligations. And to be blunt, that is just bad business. As always, we continue to be transparent in our dealings. We have lived up to and continue to live up to all contractual obligations.Clear Choice Windows and More, Inc.

My front door install was completed by Clear Choice Windows today. I am totally and completely happy with my wind rated door purchase and installation.
Two employees, Lanie and Brian both skilled and professional. I watched as they removed the old door with such care, protecting it from damage. I also watched the install. Lanie and Brian made sure that the install area was appropriately prepped. I could tell they really cared about and took pride in their work.
My previous door didn't even have insulation and there were several gaps. These installers made sure there were no gaps, that the door frame was insulated on all sides. They took extra care with making sure the door was level all the way around. Very professional job.
Excellent customer service from beginning to end. I am so grateful to Randall, Lanie, and Brian and I am so happy I decided on Clear Choice for this project. They are simply the best.Clear Choice Windows and More, Inc.
