    After a consultation I was reassured they could help and I paid $500 for assistance with improving my credit score. Only one round of disputes was attempted. No further action was taken on my negative account and no further communication was made to me. There was an issue regarding my student loans and thats where the conflict arose. I was told handling students loans was not part of my services but as a courtesy they would look into it due to not having any student loans reporting and after their disputes it was not reporting again. All this took place in February. I never heard from them again. In July I reached out about my account and the negatives and that has lead to a-lot of back and forth about student loans that are not an issue or factor any longer. I asked for a partial refund due to the terrible service and lack of work on my account and they refused. I asked in email what was done on my account and if they could still help and the owner **** just kept bring up my student loans even after I said thats not what I wanted help with. I even had a phone conversation where she talked over me and just gave an attitude and lied about what was said in email. This company assured assistance and help with improving my credit score and removing negatives and the company just took my money did the least amount of work possible and went ghost. When I confronted about why I was not contacted or why there was no activity on my account; the owner kept deflecting and not addressing the terrible service and lack of activity. I wanted help but after the phone call, this company is no longer trust worthy to give my financial information to and I have serious concerns about their conduct.
