I took over my Dads condo at summer lake. Everything stayed the same as far as paperwork/Process, Only a new lease was put in place with my name as well as my girlfriends on it by our property manager. To park on the premises, you need to be approved access on the parking platform. I asked ******* about it and she said there needs to be an app on file. No problem, I print out an application. That initial Phone conversation we had went left immediately, after ******* chose to get loud and also rude for no apparent reason. I let my girlfriend speak to her from that moment moving forward. ******* tells my girlfriend to pay $150 for us both to complete apps. When we do them we attempt to turn them in, she *** the price from $150 to $200 which I found unprofessional. We pay the $200 and didn't put up an argument. My girlfriend ****** Just gave her a friendly reminder that she said $150 not $200, she denied that she said it. So at this point, in my opinion, ******* has been rude and untruthful thus far. We call her after turning in the apps, She tells us to give her **** business days. She claims she is "busy hands full" understandable somewhat! We follow up, for 2 whole weeks and don't hear anything. My car gets towed twice in that timeframe! Costing me a whopping $480. ******* is aware of which cars we park and own at this point because it is in a portion of the application and we said it's parked outside our home, this isn't her first rodeo so I feel as if she deliberately prolong the process just to get our cars towed, I say that because she kept asking over phone conversations "where do we actually park our cars" strange, but I could be wrong. weeks now after the apps submitted we hear from our property manager that; "******* denied the app because He's a convicted felon." Which is not true whatsoever! I have been fighting with the entity who does the background checks, trying to clarify day in and day out. She also refused to disclose my own background with me.
