      In 2021, my vehicle was towed due to an accident to the *****, ******* location. Shortly after I went in to retrieve what I can from my vehicle as well as sign a release form due to not being able to pay for the vehicle to come out. The lady at the desk let me know everything was fine and it would be auctioned off but come to find out FOUR years later I'm just getting notified by the *** I have a lien on my account and cannot renew my new vehicles registration. I spoke to management and they were absolutely no help. Honestly, this all seems a bit fishy due to them selling my vehicle after I signed a release form then trying to get payment from me years later with zero communication there was even an issue (even though by law they have to notify me and my insurance company before selling). I've asked for records of previous calls I supposedly made to them and for documentation of the auction, I'm still waiting for a response. I know they're not allowed to sell a vehicle without notifying owner ************************* getting the title, which based off their claims wouldn't have got because they say they didn't see a release form. I want to add an officer had stated to me that I'm coming under another vehicle which makes me believe they didn't successfully transfer the title and release it to the new owner once sold. I believe they did not file the right documents and now my previous vehicle may be in possession with someone else, doing God knows what with my name on it. Also my vehicle was paid cash when I first got it, the person I spoke from this company told me to contact my bank as if I was under a loan which I wasn't. Below is an attachment from the *** notifying me four years later about this lien this company didn't communicate about, though my address is always updated, email the same and my phone number is the same. I believe I am getting scammed for charges I signed off on in 2021.

      Bottom feeders. Primary objective is gouging customer. We needed a wench to pull a small forklift with rubber tires stuck in sand on a 12 slope 20 feet. I hour work 1 man labor, and one truck $978.You know they're dirty. looking to harm not help

      Just the worst customer treatment ever not sure why ****** Beach city uses this business and I will be talking to city council in regard to this incident.

      I just had my worst customer service experience ever at their **************** ** location. The ladies at the front desk are nice. However, the gentlemen that seems to be the manager and was supposed to help me over the phone with directions to access my car from should never talk to customers. Hes rude, condescending, and unprofessional. The gentleman that operates the forklift and seems to be in charge of the yard is also extremely rude and disrespectful. Lastly, they have a yard facing the street where my car sat along with other cars. This place is far removed from their office and can be accessed by anybody (no gate or surveillance of any kind). When they finally came to help I found out my car was unlocked and the key was sitting there at pain sight.
