      The other two ladies are correct. Never had an issue but now the company cancels my order for a mishap in processing time. They tell me to read the policies and I was extremely apologetic. I had artisan soap products and you need to allow up 15 bus days. I emailed about a fulfillment update on 12th bus day because the website states to allow 12 bus days for processing during promotions. This was doing the Labor Day so they cancelled my order. I understood didnt follow the rules I place another order on Thurs 09/19/24 website states next bus day starts the following bus day. I have no artisan soap in this order, the Labor Day promotion was weeks ago, so this order should have been processed under normal processing times of 3-7 bus days. I give it 13 bus days because mind you because my order is still showing unfulfilled. So what do I do I send an email on 10/08/24, they just fulfilled the order yesterday 10/10/24. Look at the reply I received after receiving the order: Hello,Please stop sending us extremely lengthy emails. We have two order statuses, processing and shipped and you receive email confirmation of both. We cannot provide any updates beyond these email confirmations. If our processing wait time is a problem for you, that's understandable but in the future please refrain from ordering if that is the case. We always fulfill orders, we do not leave orders unfulfilled. If your order isn't accepted, it will be automatically canceled. If your order is accepted, it will be shipped.Thank You,panouie Skincare This was their reply today! Mind you the order was fulfilled and thats what my original email was about. Will post original emails and all interactions Ive had.

      Incredibly rude customer service that treats consumers with contempt. They also water down their products ("aqua" is the first ingredient in every single item they sell) and copied their entire business model off of another, more successful company that doesn't dilute their products--- Lovinah Skincare. Read their terms of service and see how shady they are if you do not wish to take this review at face value--- that is a LOT of legalese for a simple little skincare company to have. Scammers dressed up as CEO's. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.
