    On Saturday December 10, 2022, I took an UNSEALED OPEN box to "Right Way"to be shipped to Trinidad via DHL, the cost of which was $267.66 which I paid for with my debit card, which was debited from my account on Monday December 12, 2022. An online tracking of the package on Monday 12 indicated that my pkg was being returned to me. I called DHL in ***** and queried the reason for the return and was advised it had to do with not having the correct label. I then called RW and spoke to the manager who exhibited a very bad attitude and said she'd have to look into it. I received the pkg back from DHL on Tuesday or Wednesday of the same week. I returned to RW with the package the same day. The manager was not there but I spoke to her on the phone and she told me to leave the pkg and she would take care of it when she returned. When I didn't hear back from her that day, I called the store the next day and she informed me that one of the items in the pkg did not have a label hence DHL returning it. I explained that it was a body oil (from *****) but I didn't know the name of the scent. She said she'd pass on the info to DHL and call me back. She never did. I called her the following day and she said she was in touch with a woman who "was working with her" and she'd call me back. Another day passed with no call back. I called her again, telling her it was a Christmas gift and that time was running out. With no sign of progress, I went to her store and asked for my pkg. She immediately told me she could not refund my money until DHL refunded her. I called DHL who advised me that they NEVER received any payment from RW and they never even invoiced them as the shipment never left the U.S. When I informed RW's manager of this, she cussed me out and told me I had no right to call DHL and that I probably just spoke to some clerk. Then she tells me I will have to wait 6 to 8 wks to get my $ back in CHECK form, not to my card. It's now over 9 weeks and I have not received my funds.

    In reviewing Right Way's response, this will advise that the amount in question ($267.66) has not been received, to date.  

    I, therefore, continue to await receipt of said refund.
