    Company is dishonest. They charged me an additional $350 in detention fee for 45 minutes of having the item. job was for $340. I was never informed there would be a charge for detention and $350 is excessive for 45 minutes since the entire job was for $343. How can 15 minutes be allotted for loading or unloading a **** lb pallet? All this information, I found out when I put in the dispute with my credit card. I called NMU repeatedly to discuss additional $350 and left messages. This started in April and still have not received any call back. For the dispute that I filed with my credit card company, NMU indicated in the paperwork that I was present at the moving and agreed to the additional charges which was a lie. I only signed paperwork for $250 which is the balance of the $340 for the initial move. For those who do not want to pay bogus fees do not use NMU.
