    On January 30 2025 I put down a deposit for Super Team Moving to move my belongings. I gave a very accurate and detailed list of the items to be moved I was quoted $575 +$625. On 2/7/25 they came and moved me. Before removing my belongings from the truck, I was told I owed $1189.49 for a total of $1389.49. They would not accept a credit card and wanted zelle or cash. I refused the method of payment and they left with my belongings. It required law enforcement intervention to retrieve my belongings without additional charges and to have them accept the credit card

    We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and the overall experience you had during your move. We completely understand how frustrating this situation must have been, and we regret that things didnt go as smoothly as expected.


    However, wed like to clarify a few important points. The quote you received was not a flat-rate or guaranteed priceit was an estimate based on the number of hours our team anticipated it would take to complete the move. Since the move required more time than initially estimated, the final cost reflected those additional hours of labor.


    Additionally, our policyas outlined in the contract you receivedis to collect payment upon delivery. Unfortunately, on the day of your move, we encountered an unexpected issue with our core systems, which contributed to the confusion and delay in processing payment options. This was not our usual standard of service, and we are truly sorry for any added stress it caused.
