      I signed up to receive referrals for all Miami-Dade County on September 29, 2023. I paid your company $2,250 up front.Estate Synergy guaranteed that I would receive referrals for Seller who wanted to list their ******** of today, I have not received any referrals and Estate Synergy refused to communicate with me for 12 months.I sent an email requesting a full refund and it was returned as no longer valid email address.

      COMPLETE SCAM!!!! I was contacted by a ******** and then *********************** with Estate Energy offering guaranteed listings and leads from thier Estate ************** They offered 3 packages to choose from depending on how much I was willing to invest. Once they had my money it was a total ghost town. Within 10 days I knew we had a problem. *********************** was nasty once questioned. This started last December 2023. I will seek as much legal assistance as the law provides to right this wrong. Karma will prevail...

      I received a call from ******* who works for Estate Snygery, LLC to have me join their network of Estate referrals. I signed a contract and paid $2500.00 for one year - this included receiving between 1-7 referrals within the 12month period with a minimum of 3 leads guaranteed! I did not receive ONE lead even though I have sent a ton of emails, texts and calls to several of their leadership team and now they will not honor their contract refund policy. This states this: "As our exclusive real estate agent referral partner, We also guarantee you 3 Estate Sale Home Listing Opportunities Per Year (At A Minimum) or Your Money Back!" I have asked several times for my refund and NOW they are just ignoring me. SO STAY AWAY from this company they are a FRAUD!!! Even my email to them came back as undeliverable.

      I am a realtor in ******************, ** and in the real estate industry, there are many different lead generation services out there. I was contacted by Estate Synergy in March of 2023, regarding their leads, which were supposed to be acquired through people holding estate sales. This was a new way to get leads and I was intrigued by it, so I paid them $3,150. and then never received a lead not one of them. I also never received a copy of my branded marketing that they supposedly created for me. I have copies of every text and email between us, going back to March of 2023. I hounded them constantly, asking for a copy of the marketing, for an update on my account, for anything showing me that they were actively working on getting me leads.Every time I received a response from them and that wasnt very often it was to tell me that they were working on it and would get back to me shortly, or that someone from a different department would get back to me they never did or that they had a ton of people out sick and would get back to me shortly they never did. I never received anything from them other than bogus responses stating that someone would get back to me, but they never did. ********************************* always signed the emails, but I have never actually spoken with her although I have tried calling her, but the number and their website is temporarily unavailable.This company is a total fraud and needs to be shut down immediately, before other realtors fall prey to their BS.Is there anyway to help me get my $3,150. back?

      02/19/2024 $3200 ****** real estate leads annually guaranteed After the initial offering than negotiations and promised made based on contract, and us making the asked payment , the company has not fulfilled any of the promises and has completely ignored and being none responsive to us and our complaints in last 2 months. Ad was appeared Jan 18th 2024 We made the payment on February 19th 2024

      I am rejecting this response because:


      Back on June 11, we filed a complaint against a company called Estate Synergy. Shortly after filing with BBB, we were contacted by the company with threats that they will *** us if we don't remove our complaints and were told we had to wait for the problem to be resolved. As a result, we requested our complaint to be removed from the BBB. We have recently discovered that this company no longer exists and that hundreds of people have been scammed by them. There is a website created by victims to gather and fill a lawsuit. A large group has gathered to pur*** their complaints legally, and we would like to update our complaint to alert any new victims who might be affected by this scam.

      Please Let us know if there are any extra steps we need to take to update our complaints.

      I am a local realtor in the ******* area. In my business there are several different lead generation services out there. I was approached by this company, Estate Synergy, to invest in their leads because they are affiliated with estate sales. I thought this was an interesting approach and the business model they presented seemed to be something that could work. I was promised, per the contract, up to ************************************************************************** my money will be refunded. Not one lead ever came in and I have an email chain dating back to last february 2023 when I first signed up for this program following up with them to get an update. I repeatedly was the one reaching out to them over and over again. Week after week they would lie and tell me a report is going to be sent by the end of the week or they are updating their systems, etc ,etc. I never once received any report. I have contacted them several times asking for a refund since my year contract was up in February. A woman named ******* is the only one who ever responds and its only after I send several back to back emails. She signs the emails ******* but never even gives a last name so who knows if thats actually a real person or not. This company is a scam and needs to be shutdown immediately before they pray on any other realtors. It has been well over a year and I still haven't gotten a refund and most likely wont. They charged me $1100 for this service. Please help!
