We had a consultation with Mr Clay in February of 2021 at which time we paid him a $300 retainer to draw plans for a home edition. We have reached out to him numerous times and when he does answer he always tells us that he has it ready and he will be getting it to us but we never receive anything. We're done waiting for him and want to move on with our plans and would just like our money back. *Update from consumer: ---------- Forwarded message --------- From: **** ** ***** Date: Mon, Jan 9, 2023 at 3:53 PM Subject: Re: BBB Complaint Case# ******** **********************************) To: ***** ******* I apologize if I said the wrong year The date was March 7th 2022. I paid Mr Clay $300 with check number **** from Chase Bank which he cashed. The last time we had any contact with Mr Clay was via email last week in which he said he would now get the draftsman to start working on our plans and finish up. This has been told to us so many times that at this point we just told him we didn't want to use him anymore and to please return our money. We haven't heard back from him. If you need I can try to pull up all the emails that I have sent to him. There is no way to document all the phone calls that we have made to him unless I get records from my cell phone. At one we actually went to his listed address for his place of business. He always says that there is some kind of an issue with either his internet or something and that he will be getting it to us right away. We have been more than patient. I would just like to have my money back and go to someone else. Thank you
