    I contacted this company through their chat system and asked about connecting a data cable inside my home. The person on chat advised that the task could be completed for $145 per hour. I scheduled and had the work completed. The cable was pre-wired so the work was completed in under two hours. I immediately paid what they charged, which was almost $500. I called the business and asked why it was this amount. I was advised that they billed double what I was quoted per hour because they sent two techs. So the true cost of the work was much more than what I was advised that it would cost.

    S******** Security & Sound miscommunication to consumer. We charge per man hour but did not quote that way. We reimbursed consumer 1 hour labor($145).

    The business responded very professionally and offered a very fair resolution. I accepted their offer and I am completely satisfied with the outcome.
