    I contacted Lavish Lux Auto Spa LLC, around 12/14/23 , only because ********************* recommended them. I called and asked them what it would cost to detail and color correct my make model and year car. They told me they could not quote, without first seeing the car. I made an appt for them to see the car/detail. Before they began, AGAIN, I asked the price. ***** told me $100. He said the car might need two coats. Hearing the $100, I gave him the go ahead. I even asked if I could add a $30 tip onto the cost, say $130, and have the invoice include the tip, and he said yes. When he finished, he told me I owed him $650. I was in shock. He never told me this price, or any price except $100. He then tried to imply that when he said $100 , it was to detail an additional car. I felt scammed. I paid him, but felt ripped off, and very upset by this. I called him. He said he will come back and detail my other car. I thought about it, and called him back, and said, I do not want my other car detailed. I want half of my money back. He then called me a Big Bad Wolf referring to the character in the three little pigs, implying he was not concerned about me trying to recover my money, and reporting him.I trusted him when he said $100. I did not know I was dealing with an unscrupulous person/business.I want a partial refund of half of my money . This was an intentional act of misrepresentation on his part.
